Services of the Cleveland Diocese vary by county. The Golden Center is a social/recreation program for older adult residents in the Loudonville area. The program is open Wednesdays and Fridays at the Loudonville Public Library. Cuyahoga county offers congregate and home-delivered meals, social and recreational activities, art programs, retirement community, hospice, outpatient mental health, and a Hispanic senior center. Geauga County offers case management to assist isolated older adults. In Medina County a registered nurse and/or a social worker offers problem solving and consultation over the phone and in the home. Summit County offers adult camp and adult day services.
