Faith in Action provides free services to older adults and people with disabilities in Medina County so that they can remain independent. Services include medical transportation, free transit passes, shopping and errand assistance, chore services, friendly visits, telephone reassurance, respite care, booking keeping assistance, safety tips and fall prevention tips, and meal preparation.
