Network of Northeast Ohio, formerly known as Help Hotline Crisis Center, is the 24-hour crisis intervention agency for Mahoning and Columbiana Counties. Help Hotline Crisis Center is also the 24-hour centralized information and referral center for Mahoning, Trumbull and Columbiana Counties, maintaining a comprehensive computerized database of community resources. Additionally, the agency offers a community center for social gatherings, housing assistance programs, and a Community Support Network, a guardianship program from Mahoning County residents age 55 and older, support groups, information and referral for seniors through the Senior Line, telephone reassurance, and HEAP assistance.
