-Homebound Deliveries to anyone who cannot come to the library -- includes materials other than books DVD's, Music CD's, etc. and monthly deliveries to Senior Facilities Nursing Homes and Assisted Living-.
-Programming at Senior Facilities mainly reading aloud to small groups, and occasionally, crafts-
-Facilitates "BiFolkal Kits" for senior reminiscing available from our Library District office.
-Adult Programming Committee often presents programs or classes of interest to seniors, such as "Heritage Skills" series that teaches rug braiding, knitting, crocheting, painting, etc.
Library sponsors a Book Group, Perennial Swap each Spring, a Holiday program in the Fall, and various one-time programs like Tai Chi for Beginners, Learning to use your E-reader, basic computer classes, Genealogy/Family History, Make 'n' Take Miniature Garden, Pie Baking contest, Chocolate Lover's contest, Holiday Open House, Logan County Memories Oral Histories, Sunday afternoon movies, Jig-saw Puzzle Swap, Summer "Rita Book" contests, etc.
Outreach Coordinator reads aloud to small groups on a weekly basis to two assisted living facilities, bi-weekly at another assisted living facility and monthly to the MRDD workshop seniors.
-Logan County Memories Oral Histories on DVD can be checked out.
