The mission of the National Center for Victims of Crime is to forge a national commitment to help victims of crime rebuild their lives. Programs are aimed at serving individuals, families, and communities harmed by crime.
The National Center provides direct services to our visitors, such as attorney referrals, confidential helplines, and interactive training
Services include but not limited to; VictimConnect Resource Center is a referral helpline where crime victims can learn about their rights and options confidentially. VictimConnect can be reached via phone at 855-4-VICTIM or via online chat Monday – Friday from 12:00 pm – 5:00 pm
