Ohio residents age 60 and older can sign up now for Staying Connected, a free, daily check-in call. How it works:
1. Register with your phone number and optional alternate contact.
2. Choose your preferred timeslot from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m.
3. Answer and respond to the daily automated call to confirm you are OK.

The Ohio Department of Aging administers programs and services to meet the needs of older Ohioans. These programs are funded by the federal Older Americans Act, Medicaid, and other sources. Most programs and services are coordinated locally by contracted area agencies on aging. Services range from advocacy for persons living in facilities to community resources to maintain older adults in their home staying healthy
