It provides transportation for seniors 60+ to and from doctors, clinics, therapy treatments, etc. in Warren County and bordering counties. The 741 Center offers a volunteer friendly visitor program, Silver Sneakers program, wellness programs, social activities, group travel, congregate meals, education programs, book club, vision evaluations, and a veteran's club. Elderly Services Program (ESP) offers services to Warren County residents who are 60 years of age or older. Services include home delivered meals, homemaking, personal care, emergency response, respite, transportation, electronic monitoring, adult day care, independent living assistance, and home repair. Services are available on a sliding fee scale.
